The SATORI team misses you very much. We eagerly await the day that we can safely reopen and see your beautiful faces walking through our doors once again. Our hearts have been warmed by all the support we’ve received from this community, thank you so much for your kind words and online purchases of gift cards and products.
During this pandemic, we’ve had the rare opportunity to stop, step back, and take stock of SATORI as a whole. Over the past few weeks, we have agonized over how to survive this crisis as a business and how we move forward in a landscape that we believe will be forever changed by it.
After much careful consideration, we have decided that we will not be re-opening our Hood River and White Salmon locations after the stay-at-home orders are lifted. Instead, we will be consolidating SATORI into our space in The Dalles. With so much uncertainty in the world right now, this feels like the right move for SATORI’s future.
We know this is a big decision and one that affects our team, our friends, and our clients. This is no
t an action we take lightly. We believe that bringing all of our resources, talent, and ideas under one roof will give SATORI the best chance possible of weathering this pandemic intact, and will allow us to focus on delivering the best standard of service possible once we re-open.
Brooke, Yanali, and Vanessa will remain with SATORI, bringing their unique talents to our location in The Dalles. Over the next few weeks, we will be contacting our Hood River and White Salmon clients to assist you in rebooking your appointments.
Hailey will continue offering waxing and other esthetic services out of the space in Hood River, which will operate under the ownership of Subi Salon. If you have an appointment scheduled with Hailey in Hood River, please contact Subi Salon for more information about rebooking.
